SmartRent is pleased to announce our integration partnership with Funnel CRM to enable communities to better follow up with prospects after a self-guided tour. Funnel software increases conversion rates by automating manual processes and providing an easy, instant and modern leasing experience. This integration will allow the Funnel and SmartRent systems to sync prospect data from our Self-Guided Tours solution so communities that use Funnel will be able to manage and automate messaging from one platform.
Lead Management
Users can add touring prospects directly to Funnel so leads are created and managed according to standard workflows outlined in the Funnel CRM. Key prospect data points are automatically captured and added to the CRM as soon as the prospect schedules a tour. These key pieces of information are often mis-entered when a leasing agent is manually inputting the data or not captured at all which makes lead management much more difficult. SmartRent only adds prospect data into Funnel if all the data is entered correctly and the tour is scheduled successfully, thus streamlining the lead management process.
Prospect statuses are also updated based on whether the prospect completes a tour and views the provided access code. If the tour is not completed and the access code is never viewed, the status is updated to reflect the cancellation. These integrations allow property management to easily manage their lead flow from self-guided tours.
